THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I order an out of stock item?

You can pre-order selected shoes directly on the website. Lead time is 4-6 weeks. You can order other out of stock items by sending us an email at hello@fynbosshoppe.co.za A lead time will be given depending on each product.
How long will delivery take?

In stock items will be processed and sent within 2 business days. Courier delivery takes 2-4 days depending on your location. Out of stock items can take 4-6 weeks, depending on the product. Courier delivery takes 2-4 days depending on your location.
Can I collect my order in store?

You can place an order online and select the 'collect in store' option at checkout. Your order will take 1-2 business days to process, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Can I customize the shoes?

Some of our shoes can be customized, for example color, heel type and ankle straps. You are welcome to send your customization request to hello@fynbosshoppe.co.za
Is it possible to get an out of stock item in less than 4 weeks?

Our stock levels fluctuate a lot, we can often help on shorter lead times if we have stock items already in production. Please feel free to contact us on hello@fynbosshoppe.co.za for any urgent orders.
